ABOUT ME

Hi, everyone! My name is Skyla Libby and I'm beyond excited to have this website and be able to share part of my life with you all and show you who I am, not only as a titleholder but a person. I am currently your 2020 USA National Miss Maine Dirigo Teen and I will be competing at the USA National Miss National pageant in Florida over Thanksgiving week. I have been competing in pageants since I was 6 months old and have held multiple local and state titles and numerous community service awards. Community service is something very special to me. I don't do it for the awards, I do it because it puts a smile on my face and it makes others happy which is all that matters. Pageantry has helped break me out of my shell and shape me into the person I am today. I've gained so many new skills and friendships along the ride that I will forever be thankful for.
Outside of pageants I am a senior in high school. I'm a three sport varsity athlete; volleyball, softball and cheering, and a straight A student. I have been lobster fishing since I was seven and own my own boat and traps. This school year I plan to join the Maine Air National Guard and after high school I will attend boot camp and then return back to Maine and attend Maine Maritime Academy for Marine Engineering Operations.
